Job Description :-

- Work closely with founders and management team to lead engineering planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritising development initiatives, timetables, implementation and deployment of product

- Work closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners to create a meaningful vision and roadmap for the team Grow, educate, hire, and retain a high-performing team with high delivery cadence in an agile environment

- Prior start up experience a must

- Mentor a strong, high-performing engineering team.

- Managing Front-End Engineering team

- Providing technical leadership to the engineers and be accountable for the technical decisions
