Director - Engineering - B2C Product - FinTech

- Director of Engineering : Looking for a seasoned technology leader, who is passionate, hands-on and has built and scaled B2C products (10+ years of experience). Reporting to the CTO, the incumbent will be leading and managing a 50+ member team with a strong data and product driven mindset.

Description :

- Lead product and platform development

- Deliver business insights and intuitive customer experiences

- Lead software and architecture discussions and guide cross-functional product/user experience teams

- Inspire, motivate and excite the engineering, product and QA teams to achieve top class results with best quality

Profile :

- B.E/B.Tech or MS in Computer Science from a top tier institute

- 10-12 years of overall experience with significant experience in engineering leadership

- Product organization background is a must have requirement

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and building large scalable technology products and platforms

- Proven skills of strong architecture and technical expertise

- Calm, compassionate yet a passionate leader who van drive results
