Technical Experience :

- Deep understanding of system-level business development and life-cycle of Built-to-Specification (BTS) delivery experience.

- Domain experience and appreciation of business models in aerospace, defence, or transportation electronics systems and modules

- Capability to provide inputs and prepare RFQ responses

- Must have delivered multiple systems, engineering designs; digital architecture with controller and/or FPGA, e-CAD systems

- Must have deep appreciation for high-speed, high availability and high reliability designs; comes from hardware design vintage with good exposure to embedded and cloud-based application software.

- Good appreciation for overall embedded systems engineering including Hardware, FPGA and software and transferring to manufacturing

- Experience in managing a complete design cycle (specification, development, verification & validation, certification)

Minimum Qualification :

- Bachelors Degree in Electronics from premier educational institutes (IIT/NIT) with over 70% overall Industry Experience

- Electronics Design Engineering Services, R&D/Engineering for domains such as Aerospace, Defence, Space or Transportation

Job Experience :

- 20+ years in Electronics Systems Engineering Highly Desirable

- Post-graduate in Business Management or Electronics, Electronics Hardware Design for Embedded Systems

- Worked in France, Europe or USA for a few years

- Proficiency with French Language

- Experience of building start-up operations in large or medium sized companies. Career progression Business executive leadership position in the group
