Responsibilities Include:
Need candidates from IT Services organizations
- Design and implement Business Unit employer branding and recruitment talent marketing strategies for the country/city
- Bring to life the company's Employer Value Proposition messaging in innovative and inspiring ways
- Create and coordinate digital, social, video, events and traditional media initiatives to ensure recruitment marketing materials are engaging and relevant with a focus on impact and value
- Develop external messaging and partnerships that will enable and advance the company's employer brand strategies: Awards, PR, Rankings, Influencer program.
- Implement and adjust to the local Geo/Culture the Master of Employee Experience. Celebrate employees personal and professional milestones to create a people-first culture. Create successful onboarding and promote engagement
- Identify experience blockers, disruptors and bring together practice and corporate teams creating task forces that attach and solve.
- Collaborate closely with HRBP to impact policies and procedures to meet the digital culture experience acceptability standards.
- Craft communications and employee challenges that build connection and create a community
- Produce multimedia content that delivers emotional connections and shares our culture of innovation.
- Build bridges between media, universities, partners and NGO's that establishes trust in the company
- Execute Comms and impact for Change Management initiatives that speak human. Ensure the success of business changes by building bridges between the old and the new.
- Plan and execute internal events that boost employee engagement, including DE&I initiatives and storytelling that builds a sense of belonging
- Showcase and go to market with Culture to attract the right talent and position the brand in candidates, clients and stakeholders minds and hearts.
- Design successful talent marketing campaigns and design events that drive pipeline and brand awareness
- Promotes the value proposition of each studio. Team with Talent Acquisition on EVP talent branding externally
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to agree and reinforce intentional culture. Hold leaders accountable as culture carriers
- Team with Corporate, HRBPs, TPGs, and HR COEs to implement and brand engagement and culture programs
Knowledge and Experience :
- Proven experience developing Employee Engagement and Employee Brand experiences. HR experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of best practices for driving employee engagement and building a performance culture
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Familiarity with employee engagement topics within an HR context
- Previous experience in IT services industry preferred
