Client - Captive unit of one of the worlds largest Digital Marketing Firms

Context

The Director of Email Campaign is responsible for all Development, email programming, Campaign Development, and QA activities.

Reporting to the Sr.Director / VP of Campaign Operations and serving as a member of the Management Team, this position's primary responsibility is to deliver efficiently, high quality and timely service across all digital services supported off-shore. Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of account and departmental strategies, policies, and practices. This position will also interact with key firm Stakeholders and approved vendors.

Role & KRA

- The Director of Email Campaign should have previous experience in Production Management and Digital Marketing. Special emphasis on production operations, resource management, customer service, escalation management/problem resolution, and developing quality assurance methodologies.

- Oversee all email production operations and strategy for the firm's off-shored Clients.

- General Management: employee development, hiring, training, setting team goals, regular staff/ops/cross-functional meetings, etc

- Maintain a cutting-edge approach to service delivery considering; resource, process, technology, and policy.

- New Business Support: RFP support, proposals, project scope, cost estimation, process development, launch, etc.

- Off-shore Indian Vendor Management: general service oversight, staff planning/utilization, develop/manage annual training programs, optimizing processes, etc.

- Reporting: management reports, productivity, monthly billable activity, RCA, ad-hoc.

- Resource Management: forecasting/capacity planning, queue management, and assignment.

- Process Development: document, train, enforce, and evolve.

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree in Technology, Marketing, and/or Business

- 13-18 years- experience

- 5+ years Supervisory Experience

- Previous Production Leadership and digital experience required.

- Working knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, XML, web services, etc.)

- Working knowledge of project management and QA methodologies and creation of defined artifacts.

Preferred qualifications :

Relevant experience may include some of the following:

- Production/Operations Management experience and methodologies

- SDLC process

- Change Management and Issue Management experience

- Project Management

- Client support and consultation

- Has developed and maintained departmental processes, documentation, etc.

- Has worked with technical staff to design and implement technical solutions

- Has to experience in systems development

- Proven leadership capabilities/ style that generates results

- Very Good written and verbal communications skills (English)

- Very Good negotiation skills

- Very Good time management skills

- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize

- Good listening skills

- Self-starter with a strong initiative

- Ability to work in a fluid environment and deliver results

- Flexible
