About the Group:

Alabbar Enterprises is one of the leading family offices based out of UAE with varied interest including Ecommerce, retail and F&B. It is family office of Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Group. Emaar is a leading real estate developer based out of Dubai.

We have a portfolio of Ecommerce companies and have expansion plans in the Ecommerce space.

For expansion of the business we want a dynamic Director with relevant qualifications.

The Job Description is as following:

- Define the growth plan along with the founders and execute it independently.

- Responsible for P & L

- Person should be able to work in unstructured environment

- Will have liberty of putting up the complete corporate/organization team in place keeping in mind the cost and business profitability.

- The candidate will further be responsible for Operations/IT/Product Development/Finance/HR etc.

- The Candidates who are willing to take up challenges and enjoy building a start up should apply.

- The Candidate will have an stock options/equity along with excellent fixed salary in a tax free jurisdiction.
