Director - Diversity & Inclusion Lead - IT (12-20 yrs)
- BA/BS/PG organization effectiveness, organization development, organization management or human resources.
- 10+ years of experience in human resources with expertise in diversity/inclusion.
- Must have recent experience working with executive leadership.
- Experience of working with global and local stakeholder groups (internally and externally) and influencing at the highest level
- Comfortable with looking at and converting D&I data and insights into action and relevant programmes. Able to identify and track metrics of success for reporting on KPI/metrics for external disclosures and non-financial reporting.
- Ability to build sound relationships at all levels - managing different stakeholders, but also responding to inquiries or concerns from employees
- A true collaborator - experience in fostering a collaborative working environment between individuals and teams through coaching and personal example
- Strong business orientation and demonstrated success at driving business results through people based solutions
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking
- Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership
- Experience working in a complex matrix/ global environment.
