Director - Digital Strategy - IT (12-20 yrs)

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Director of Digital, you will define, own digital strategy and execution. Define the product vision and continuously improve the product proposition and its relevance. You will lead a team of product owners and ecommerce operations executives to ensure smooth operations of the platform and performance. As part of the role, you will also continuously evolve the product by seeking feedback from the customers and other key stakeholders and work on the improvement of the brand owned digital assets.

- Define strategy and roadmap for the brand owned digital assets from technical development to drive growth of monthly active users, conversions, and engagement.

- Strategy to include analytics and marketing technology tools integrations such as CDP, CLM and any other tools

- Evangelize innovation transformational opportunities that can deliver significant value for business, customers, and team members.

- Lead the team of product owners, BA, QA and Operations executives in driving excellence and smooth day-to-day operations of the platforms.

- Engage with the franchise leadership team in aligning the strategy and execution of the overall program. This may require creating compelling commercial business case in partnership with cross functional team.

- Work closely with the Global product team in terms of working on the sprint priorities and aligning on the market specific initiatives well in advance and comply with the global governance model.

- Maintain and publish the progress on the overall digital program with the key stakeholders internal and franchisee leadership.

- Define and track all the key performance indicators drive improvement of the metrics as aligned with the business.

- Define maintain and track the budgets for the Digital program.

- Partner with the Digital Marketing team and other cross functional team.

- Manage the time to market by adopting best practices and drive accountability of vendor / partners.
