Role: Looking for People who have handled Banking Digital Program/Transformation at the leadership level

- Accountable to deliver end to end Omni channel onboarding capabilities with a primary focus on Digital and Real-Time capabilities.

- Channels can include; Web, Online, Branch, Voice & Virtual (Contact Centres) and ATM/CDM channels as required.

- The focus is on driving Build but will work closely and with the ITO Scrum and Business Onboarding Design teams in working towards making all aspects of Onboarding as straight through and Digital as possible

- To Lead complex business transformation digital programs in a multi-party systems integration scenario.

- Led workshop on digital roadmap including IT infra assessments, process analysis, technology roadmap
