Responsibilities - Drive product trials through digital channels. - Drive customer acquisition in the global market through digital channels. - Implement inbound and outbound campaigns incorporating email marketing, SEO/SEM, social, web, display, live/digital events, etc. Identify and test new growth opportunities across segments/channels. - Monitor and assess the evolution of the landscape in which company operates. - Drive initiatives to establish the thought leadership of organisation in the space. - Collaborate with other team members across the organization so that strategy, messaging, branding, and execution are consistent and coordinated. - Determine forecasts and establish agreed-upon KPIs for programs. Track and measure performance to deliver on expected outcomes, determine ROI, and prioritize resources. Own and share detailed analysis and reports on these efforts. - Recruit, lead and mentor a cross-functional team to build and execute growth strategies. Requirement - Expertise in B2B digital marketing for a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in building and leading teams to deliver their KPIs. - 10+ years of experience, some of it in a hyper-growth company. - Deep understanding of the US market, including connections to relevant partners, full knowledge of local compliance, cultural and market trends. - Demonstrated capacity to make data-informed decisions. - High attention to detail. - Ability to analyze and think strategically around audience segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning. - Experience in a startup organisation - Should be an Engineering graduate with MBA - Prefer candidates from Bangalore
