Director - Digital Marketing & Inside Sales - Consulting Firm (10-16 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Drive our global marketing strategy and articulate the value proposition to position one of service offerings as a global leader
- Responsible for Performance Marketing and Growth Marketing
- Understanding of integrating brand core value proposition across digital channels, using an omni -channel approach to amplify brand messaging.
- Lead all areas of global marketing spanning digital marketing, marketing research, customer marketing to enable an effective leads funnel.
- Responsible for building brand & enabling revenues across all global markets including US, EMEA, and APAC
- Drive business strategy and identify marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth
- Drive demand-generation initiatives through strategic account-based-marketing
- Develop a marketing playbook with a customised approach for different customer personas.
- Manage and execute marketing activities for the one of the key business verticals - devising marketing plan and budget, business case creation, building of marketing and sales collaterals, sell to customer needs, building strong customer connects on-ground and identify emerging audiences for our products
- Ability to work with internal teams and agency partners to establish a high-quality lead funnel.
- Define and optimize the digital conversion architecture of all the marketing initiatives
- Conduct in-depth analysis to include on demand forecasting, competitor capabilities, customer profiles and the next best alternatives
Skills and Experience:
- MBA graduates from Premier institute
- Candidate must have 10+ years of prior experience in Digital Marketing and B2B Inside Sales
- More than 10 years of experience with a focus on opening up global markets, across digital channels including digital marketing, marketing research and analytics, customer marketing, brand, PR/AR
