Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation

Job Summary :

Must Have :

- 10+ years of experience

- Directly managed 5+ people in the team. Must have directly managed, not simply a part of the team.

- Excellent Communication Skills

- IT experience (we don't want persons from non-IT background)

Nice to have :

- International Marketing Experience

- Marketing / Digital Marketing Experience

- Head the Field Marketing team by providing guidance as needed and ensure effective program management

- Adequate experience in working through PM Methodologies by assessing risk/issues, change management requests, communication plan and ensuring projects are delivered on time/scope/budget

- Establish grading, lead scoring model and Social Media Analytics through automation tools and introduce innovative marketing campaigns driving success to the Industry/Practice
