Director - Digital Marketing & Communication - Tech Firm (10-15 yrs)
Our client is one the leading USA based Tech MNC.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver an effective marketing and branding strategy across all products .
- Appropriately position our platform - connect and build relations with key stakeholders.
- Define and deliver an impactful internal communications strategy, approach and tactical plan.
- Execute against the communications and marketing plans - identifying appropriate channels target audiences and developing the appropriate collateral.
- Review and develop quarterly detailed tactical branding and communications plans.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand key priorities, objectives, key messages.
- Develop marketing strategy for social media platforms and maintain presence across.
- Develop measurement and evaluation tools with reporting for every marketing initiative and share the same with stake-holders.
Qualifications & Skills :
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing & communications.
- Master's degree in marketing is an add on.
- Experience in managing and working in a virtual team.
- Knowledge of and skills in delivering contemporary marketing and communication initiatives and measurement tactics.
- First class communications skills - excellent written and verbal communications (including presentations/facilitation).
- Innovative thinker with influencing skills to bring ideas to the table.
- Creative mindset for developing marketing collaterals.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hands-on, ability to deliver and manage tactical communications.
- Well versed in developing communications plans, strategic recommendations and managing/implementing plans.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, effectively delegate and prioritize.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Be flexible and manage changing requirements and circumstances.
