Budget: 50 LPA The Creative Director/ Associate Creative Director combines stellar user/ customer experience & analytical skills with creative thinking. Working closely with all in-house teams, you will contribute to the planning and execution of websites, mobile applications, and all global digital transformation projects by leading client workshops with a good understanding of eCommerce and designing intuitive user interfaces across B2B/B2C platforms. Responsibilities: - Collaborating with project team members and clients to strategize, plan and lead UI workshops - Lead teams in solving clients' UI challenges, build strong client relationships and communicate Visual design deliverables clearly and succinctly - Understanding business requirements, target audience needs, tasks, and goals. Translating them into creative UX concepts through a standard process and building functional components - Translating concepts into useful and usable experiences - Preparing UI documentation (prototypes, mood boards) to be used by the production team - Identifying and implementing opportunities to refine the UI process - Collaborate with the UX team in all the required areas to improve internal processes and client deliverables Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree preferred, with multidisciplinary backgrounds such as psychology, computer science, information sciences, human/computer interaction, interface design or commerce/business - A minimum of 10 years of related industry experience - in a dedicated UX, IA, or IxD role - Effective communication skills, both orally and in a variety of written and diagrammatic forms - Proven interpersonal skills, client relation skills, and ability to work in a team environment - Proven creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Proven understanding of and experience with: user-centered design techniques; development of organizational/structural concepts for website/apps; - Thorough, detail-oriented, and highly organized, plus the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines - Experience applying research and analysis, - Strong experience with hand-drawn sketches, Figma and Sketch - Develop and maintain information architecture and prototyping deliverables that push the boundaries of incredible user experience using tools such as Sketch, Axure and InVision - Experience leading others to deliver project work in an agency environment - A portfolio of web-based UI work demonstrating a strong and strategic UI practice - Designed and launched e-commerce and apps for B2C and B2B etc. Client Relationships - Client-facing and comfortable presenting your work, - Ability to sell and defend a design solution, both internally and to clients - Ability to build durable relationships with clients - Involvement in pitches - Strong knowledge of the key cultural, commercial, and technological trends that are shaping the digital industry - Championing UI within the agency and network - Mentoring other members of the team - Can work in partnership across all of our departments to produce the best response to creative UX briefs in the desired digital medium and to the highest quality Personal Development You love keeping up to date with current UI / EXPERIENCE trends and use this knowledge to expand your design and creative skills.
