Director - Deployment

We are hiring for one of our ARA's Client, a global pharmacovigilance solutions company specializing in innovative software and expert consulting services for Noida Location

The Role: Director- Deployment

Key Responsibilities :

- Understanding client's requirement, strategize deployment layout for RxLogix's PV Suite of products

- Work in a Consulting role with Clients, lead the Engagement from scratch to successful deployment of Products.

- Continuously work with Clients to steer projects to completion within time

- Understand product release and Installation process, work closely with Engg Teams

- Manage the team for parallel deployment for multiple clients, in 24X7 Ops, guiding/mentoring the team

- Work with PMs to ensure alignment with timelines

- Coordinate with Engineering to resolve all deployment escalations

- Lead Deployment Process innovation for continual efficiency improvements

- Review of infra-architecture specifications & IQ (Installation Qualification) for installations & upgrades

- Ensure compliance as relevant in Pharma industry

- Exp in Pharma/ Drug Safety Domain will be a big plus (NOT MANDATORY)

Skills Required:

- 15 to 20 years of overall Application Deployment / implementation / Consulting / PM experience on Cloud/Data Center IT Projects

- 5+ years of Deployment management experience

- Minimal 10 yrs of Client Consulting experience on Technology/Product

- 5+ years of Oracle Database related to DB performance, DB server tuning

- 5+ years of Java based product deployments

- 5+ years of AWS experience

- 3+ years of experience with SSO, Load balancer, SSL, Single sign on 10+ years of Linux & Windows

- 8 to 10 years of Team management on deployment activities

- 8 to 10 years of client management experience

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Good analytical & troubleshooting skills

- Good understanding of software project lifecycle

- Ability to work on multiple projects along with client management

- Deployment and maintenance of SaaS Enterprise applications

Qualifications & Experience:

- 15 to 20 years of overall Application Deployment / implementation / Consulting / PM experience on Cloud/Data Center IT Projects

- BE/B.tech

- Exp in Pharma/ Drug Safety Domain will be a big plus (NOT MANDATORY)

- Knowledge of Cloud Envs like AWS/Azure

- Good hands on exp with Product Deployments

- Experience with Argus safety suite Implementation
