- Handles all client engagement aspects through the client relationship owners onshore.

- Has engagement and delivery management accountability with a team of members in delivery center operation.

- Responsible for managing a portfolio of about 400 members with an anchor account. The anchor account represents the application management and application development services delivered in the global delivery center for a North America based Telecom major.

- There is a wide range of technologies with SAP /ERP as a key component, 24 x 7 operations, ~300 members. While a background in delivering SAP/ERP is desireable, it is more critical to have the ability to manage across a range of technologies, with experience of telecom clients.

- Responsibilities include driving initiatives related to member satisfaction, automation, service transformation, continuous service improvement, Client and Onshore relationship management, building service offerings for increased business growth, managing transitions from other vendors to, exceeding satisfaction targets related client/Onshore and members, Managing P&L - meeting targets for revenue, improving contribution margin through cost reduction and operations efficiency

- Developing strong relationships with clients during assignments with a view to bring clients additional services to help them achieve their goals in partnership with client proximity leadership team

- Supporting client relationship and business development activities

- Promoting visibility of expertise with clients and in the market

- Identify, package and showcase service offerings (including reusable assets) to clients

- Maintains a working relationship with clients even when not actively engaged on any particular assignment

- Manage a Portfolio of 700 Members across multiple technologies & Application portfolios in Telecom domains

- Assigning, recruiting and supporting the career development of team members

- Fostering the development of the team's capabilities and expertise in line with client needs and market evolution.

- Leading and managing the operations to achieve targeted results

- Responsible for P&L including revenue growth & margin contribution for the Global delivery scope of work
