Director - Delivery Management - Revenue Management Analytics - Center of Excellence (10-20 yrs)
- Be the Center of Excellence for RM Analytics & Insights and support the overall RM Capability agenda.
- Leads the implementation of the AMENA Promotion Management Systems (e.g. Promote, SAP CBP, etc.)
- Own technical solution design and delivery for Promotion Management System application and integration components
- Assist the vendor and system integration partners through designing, configuration, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting data conversion initiative
- Serve as the testing and deployment liaison application development team and provide support with development activities addressing integration requirements
- Support deployment execution in coordination with Business partners, Application Development, and Data & Conversion teams.
- Manage Pricing Analytics Project implementations from proposal to delivery
- Develop a thorough understanding of the project requirements then apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the systems to design an optimal solution that meets or exceeds functional requirements
- Partner and collaborate with Data & Conversion teams, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Technology implementation, and Infrastructure Services teams to understand and review dependencies and align implementation plans and designs
- Review and track progress per the defined plan
- Detail estimates and implementation plan for deployment phase deliverables
- Work closely with application development, data, and infrastructure teams in the preparation of the technical aspects for the testing phases
- Develop training and knowledge transfer to Power Users throughout the company to ensure an increase in skillset and experts throughout the company
