Director - Data Engineering - Infra/Oil & Gas Business (15-25 yrs)
Skills :
- Strong Coding (Python / Go/ Java / c++) Very Strong in Data Structure, Algorithms, and Design Patterns, and Strong leadership skills as he /she will be building teams of Data Engineers post-joining. Experience (typically 6+ years) leading, growing, and developing a data engineering team of around 30-150 people
- Deep and hands-on experience (typically 12+ years) designing, planning, productionizing, maintaining, and documenting reliable and scalable data infrastructure and data products in complex environments
- Development experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, Java, C++)
- Experience in building data products using Azure Data Services and Databricks
- Experience in a variety of data modeling techniques
- Experience in building a varied portfolio of data products and use cases
- Experience in building data products for machine learning and advanced AI use cases
