Job Description- Director : Data Engineering & Architecture

1.Strategy & Planning :

- Defining and implementing data architecture and governance policies while working in a fast-changing regulatory & data-privacy environment.

- Manage a intricately connected data across products (e.g..) & platforms (e.g...) to improve data reliability and quality.

- Develop and test architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modeling.

2.Implementation & Operations :

- Combine raw information from different sources (e.g. ..) to create consistent and machine-readable formats.

- Designing and implementing data pipelines to move data from various sources to a centralized data store

- Optimizing data storage and processing systems for performance and scalability

- Ensuring data quality and security

3.Collaboration & team-management

- Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the data organization.

- Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization's management, and other key stakeholders with regard to the company's data engineering vision, opportunities, and challenges.

- Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to understand their data needs and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to access and analyze data.

- Managing and developing a team of data engineers
