Client Details

Our client is a new age Fintech organization catering to customized financial needs of individuals, enterprises and institutions . They are looking for a Director-Big Data for their Data Engineering team.

Description

As Director-Big Data, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead a team of highly skilled data engineers

- Define, lead and implement firm's data engineering backbone and shape the experience of the customers.

- Shaping and delivering the analytics and insight needed to drive various solutions and programs across multiple clients & projects

- Mentoring & Training the team members in data & analytics tools & techniques

Profile

As a successful candidate, you need to have:

- Masters in Computer Science or relevant field from the top tier university with 8-12 years of experience.

- Experience in building large scale and distributed fault tolerant enterprise applications using Hadoop and related open source Big Data Technologies such as Spark, Spark Streaming, Hive, HBase, Kafka, Elastic search

- Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, SQL, AWS, Tableau.
