Director - Data Analytics - BFSI/KPO (8-10 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE
To provide crucial Data support and insights to the entire Team and acting as the bridge between central Data Repository and end-users. Major activities related to the role includes the formulation of various possible Vectors for Report from existing Dataset, validating Data, identifying gaps and suggesting ways to fill the same, Reporting and analysis. Operating centrally, one has to be always available for various internal and external stakeholders for various Data requirements. Another part of the role includes chalking out segmentation logic to cull out best-suited customers for various Offers, thereby ensuring maximum conversion.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Providing customize query outputs in the desired format to end users (Sales Team, Business, Product Team etc.)
- Data Segmentation: Using statistical models like clustering and lookalike modeling to derive best-suited customers set for the Offer/Brand and desire target segment.
- Campaign Analysis: Formulating and compiling post-campaign analysis report using uniform approach.
- Reporting & MIS: Formulating various vectors based on available Data points and compiling various Reports from the same.
- Portfolio Management: Managing assigned Banks, pushing for all Offers/Brands in hand and ensuring swift and maximum campaign execution within available slots, with NIL hiccup and escalation. Maintaining harmony with Business/Sales Team WRT Campaign execution preference.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- MBA in Finance or Post Graduate in Statistics
- Advance Excel, RDBMS, SQL and VBA Skills
- Strong tilt towards automating redundant tasks
- Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
- Moderate experience of 8+ Years in Banking Operations with decent exposure to Digital Banking/Cards Industry
- Working knowledge and first hand experience in handling VISA/MasterCard Settlement Files and relevant Data Elements thereof
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology, software, and systems
- Good team player as well as effective individual performer
