Director - Cyber Security - IT

1. 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with last 5+ years managing and leading multifunctional teams in Cyber Security, Information Security, and Identity.

2. Demonstrated senior leadership experience focused on managing a service-oriented and product technical professional team which practices ITIL or COBIT or ISO27001 or NIST.

3. Knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, emerging cyber threats, and cyber-attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.

4. Experience leading technical incidents, investigations and responses with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

5. Experience in policy development, implementation, socialization, mentoring and training

6. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities. High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources. Intellectual curiosity and passion to drive results

7. Ability to identify, attract, and retain top cybersecurity talent within organization.

8. Track record of creating high performing teams with focus on continuous learning and experimentation.

9. Proven record of being able to prepare and deliver both strategic and tactical briefing of highly technical matter to senior leadership and/or steering committee.

10. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate across geographies, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization.

11. Ability to identify areas of risk, notify stakeholders, and inform leadership of the risk posed along with courses of action.

12. International work experience or experience working as part of a globally dispersed team

13. Certifications desired but not mandate: CISSP, CEH, Security+, SANS certifications, etc
