Description

Reporting to the co-founder, you will be responsible for:

- Develop deep relationships with existing clientele, to minimise churn and foster loyalty

- Work with multiple stakeholders internally and on the client side, for the smooth implementation of the AR / VR solutions


- Work heavily with data to improve customer experience


- Uncover new avenues of business within existing customer base


Profile

- The candidate must have 8 to 12 years of experience, with MBA from TOP 5 B SCHOOLS ONLY

- The candidate must have experience in the e-commerce / internet industry
