Director of Customer Success will partner with leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives that drive superior customer experience, achieve, and grow client potential. The person will develop client partnerships, become a reliable client consultant, and deliver customer experiences that create advocates of Talview. They should be comfortable establishing connect and engage with CHRO, Business Heads, etc. In this role, the person will focus on implementing and evolving our current processes to scale in a high growth environment while leading and developing a team that embraces our core values. The person will drive excellence throughout the entire customer lifecycle; from solutioning, onboarding, engagement, delivering value prop, growing to evangelize the customer. The role will strategically work across the functions to cultivate deep customer understanding and ensure we deliver value to our customers. The person must have a strong understanding of the HR space and have the ability to understand the client's businesses and be an expert consultant, articulate how our solutions support the achievement of their strategic business objectives. Roles & responsibilities - Set and execute the overall customer success strategy and goals, focusing on driving product adoption, positive customer experience, and growth - Achieve ARR, own identification of additional opportunities for customer adoption and expansion, and reduce non-adoption and churn - Establish, measure, and report success metrics the matter for clients and effectively story tell to the client stakeholders at every opportunity. Provide insights based on analytics to executives and the client's senior leadership. - Ensure consistency and quality of the onboarding, adoption, and engagement: These three main functions of Customer Success must run effectively to deliver a great customer experience. - Engage and communicate effectively with client stakeholders at all levels. - Internally coordinate and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to deliver the best in class customer experience. - Loop understanding of customer requirements, emerging market trends to Product - Lead, groom, and inspire a world-class customer success team by being an inspirational role model - Handling and resolving all escalations. - Internally evangelize a vision for the overall customer success mission on an operational and strategic level
