My client is looking to hire a Senior leader who understands business in depth and is abreast of technology , strategy, market trends, delivering complex solutions at any given point on thereby developing and owning the CRM space creating a COE.
Required skills:
- 12 to16 years of experience with 4 to 6 years in people management, 3 to 5 years in CRM Consulting, Pre-sales delivery along with Business development.
- Strong knowledge software development and software engineering field.
- Experience on growth & expansion plans, developing strategies, customer bespoke solutions, setting up a COE.
- Must have experience in CRM (dynamics 365), in depth understanding of No code/Low code approach on power platform.
- Good at customers service modules, Power portal.
- Must be strong on delivery execution, working across the geographies flexible on global time zones.
- Strong experience in delivery approach, On prem to Azure experience and customer service modules are much preferred.
- In setting up a COE in MS CRM space would be good to have.
- Candidates from Tier 1 institutes are good to have with Business Management Specialization.
