Director - Customer Marketing Operations (15-25 yrs)
Director- Customer Marketing Operations -Must Campaign Management, Salesforce marketing cloud
Team handling-10+ and Small teams in US
Must-B2C campaign Mgmt, salesforce Marketing cloud HUB spot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud - in depth experience as the entire team in the US uses this and also the team to be built in India.
- Offer Management, Campaign Management.
- OMS or LMS exp is a must. CDP is a must have.
- Machine learning understanding also SQL exposure (need not be so technical though, she presumes that it should come with exp)
- Senior resource who can deal with the complexity and transform the operating model.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 15 years of strategy, digital marketing, CRM/Martech experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Expert knowledge in all aspects of the Marketing Technology stack from customer data through engagement platforms
- Fluency and hands on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
