What You'll Do for Us

Partner with senior leaders, CFO & Commercial team to

- Accelerate NSR growth, TCCS basket and purchase incidence and system margins as well as value share across all key channels and environments and with our customers in the OU

- Step change our capability with digital tools to accelerate outlet segmentation to enable margin expansion through better segmentation and system execution; enabling the right portfolio in the right outlets for the right Consumers and their key Occasion - in close partnership with global C&CL as well as Platform Services

- Track and leverage the right Commercial and Customer Metrics that enable impactful tracking and opportunity identification at scale, leveraging metrics to drive fact-driven Commercial and Customer Planning at scale, initiating the right interventions, while ensuring metrics-driven communication in all key system routines.

- Execute Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain

- Margins center of excellence across the system

Partner with senior leaders and CFO to manage all Customer & New Business Ventures activities at the OU level, to drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:

- Manage customer relationships

- Support Terms of Trade negotiation with customers Negotiation strategy, fact-based analytics, setting boundary conditions and participation in negotiation meetings

- Gain insights and brainstorm with customers on business issues; Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiations

- Rebate and deduction negotiations with external parties

- Set spend objectives and requirements (joint planning with customers)

- Set rebate and deduction strategy, manage financial negotiations

- Quantitative and qualitative Customer info

- Assess Financial implications and models on new ARTM and optimization of current value chain (use of third party, plant closure)

Manage Business Models and Margins for customer and New Business Ventures business, including:

- Strategic thinking on business models optimization and system top line growth

- Bring margins discipline to operational business decisions

- Set, track and be accountable for margins objectives

- Discuss and build alignment around bottlers business plans and key initiatives

- Leverage the network and execute locally Global margin strategy

Analyze and Execute Working Capital and Cash Management:

- Analyze Working Capital (CPS/SC/OU) for Optimization

- Identify and set optimization actions

- Cash management optimization Analyses

- Identify and set Optimization actions

- Interact with stakeholders and influence

Work Focus

- Role model the Leadership in the Network definition

- Provide holistic understanding of business performance inside the OU/Zone/Franchise,

- Execute end-to-end business planning inside the OU, working cross functionally inside the organization and coordinating with the OU CFO

- Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to collaborating across OU

- Deliver unparalleled core financial strategies, practices and leading-edge solutions, to grow business profitability in a sustainable way

- Strong combination of analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, strong Customer understanding, as well as a hands-on mentality.

- Significant analysis complexity The incumbent requires strong analysis and interpretation skills. This is because the RGM and Commercial planning work requires deep understanding of various data sets including but not limited to volume, system revenue and financial metrics, market share-distribution, execution data, consumer brand, shopper data etc. The incumbent needs to integrate all the available data sources to identify opportunity areas and help develop action plans

Qualifications & Requirements:

- >10 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or commercial finance roles

- Extensive leadership and management experience, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels

- Requires a deep understanding of the financials and system economics comprising the Suppliers, Co-packers, Toll Manufacturers, Bottlers, customers, marketing agencies, government and NGOs through the lens of categories, packages, brands, and the competitive landscape. This is critical to allow effective management of the BU P&L

- Manage Teams, as this role has a sizeable number of team members
