Director - Customer Analytics - Investment Banking

Our client is leading Investment Banking company, looking to hire a female leader to provide thought leadership to help enhance client interaction experience, by leveraging data and analytics and correlating these to what's happening across our capabilities and platforms.

The role will be responsible for:

- Profiling engager base and identifying opportunities and gaps in delivering the best experience, for end-customer and internal clients

- Empowering customer experience and product development teams with data-driven and actionable insights to enable objective, informed decisions

- Driving and executing learning agendas that tackle critical business questions

- Helping optimize experiences and products that drive customer and business value

- Influencing strategies and solutions that positively impacts the lives of our customers

- Developing best-in-class expertise and resources in data analytics, research and experimentation capabilities for the Chapter and for the larger organization

Desired Profile:

- Relevant experience synthesizing multi-channel data sources, building modernized visualizations to drive strategic business decision making, and empowering teams with self-service analytics

- Expertise with industry-leading analytics approaches and tools to transform data into impactful insights

- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
