Director - Creative Services

- Lead the creative services team and collaborate with global cross functional teams and internal stakeholders in producing, Interviews, Announcements, Discussions, Information videos, Promotional videos and Training videos

- Plan and execute projects for senior management, present metrics as required

- Work with Program managers to Plan and facilitate field-based photography and video production including camera operation, editing, set design and audio productions

- Manage the activities of Creative Services team; Projects, Resources, Processes and Delivery

- Drive Customer Presentations and Project intake management

- Provide leadership and vision alignment for the team and ensure consistent performance with regular Check-ins

- Lead cross functional teams of Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, QA, Communication Specialists to deliver programs that are aligned with the business requirements

- Build and maintain quality standards and performance across teams

- Candidate should have strong experience in driving large teams and strong stake holder management.
