Director - Corporate Tax

Key responsibilities would include :

- Execution of Assignments

- Quality and timely delivery of all Corporate Tax work, Internal Methodologies and SOPs to be updated, Project Monitoring

Client Management :

- Developing and maintaining client relationships

Guiding & developing Team :

- Building of team morale and motivating people in the team, Identifying training needs of teams and assist in skill building.

Business development :

- Identifying and converting new business opportunities, both from existing and new clients

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education :

UG :B.Com, LLB

PG : CA

Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required

- Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years experience in/exposure to the following areas is essential

- Entire gamut of Corporate Tax services which would include, planning compliances and litigation

- Managing client relationships independently

- Business Development for the services

- Managing team and developing people within the team

- Good Excel, presentation and report writing skills

- Good knowledge and exposure to the following areas will be an added advantage

- International tax structuring

FEMA :

- Double tax avoidance agreements

- Company law

- Behavioural skill-sets desired:

- Proven supervisory / leadership abilities

- Very good interpersonal skills and good analytical / process skills

- Local candidates from Delhi/ NCR preferred.
