Director - Corporate Partnerships - EdTech

Client:

Our client is a leading Edtech platform know for its remote working culture. They are a strong believer of merit based growth and building high caliber teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building relationships with FAANG and other tier 1 tech company along with partnering with them as Hiring Partners for the client.

- Organize and take end to end responsibility of hosting 1 job fair every quarter (online and offline both).

- Steady stream of roles should be coming for the onboarded learners

Successful Candidate:

- Has closed deals with Tier 1 tech companies. (FAANG)

- Has at least 15 years of experience in corporate sales.

- Has worked in a large Ed-tech company providing placements for working professionals and/or worked in leading online - job websites/agencies.

- Has a detailed understanding of the hiring trends in top tech companies.

- Has arranged multiple offline job fairs or hiring drives with top-tech companies.

- Is well networked with decision makers in top tech companies.

- Is comfortable leading a team and working as an individual contributor on key projects.
