Director - Corporate Finance - FMCG - CA (17-22 yrs)
Job Profile:
- This role will form an integral part of the finance team responsible to drive the organization's growth plans
- Budget & Forecasting - coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget with various departments, financial forecasts, and report variances. To develop the MIS structure (dashboards) as may be required by the management
- Cash flow efficiency - responsible for efficient operating cash-flow management and streamlining payables and receivables cycles.
- Compliance for direct/indirect tax requirements, secretarial, legal & other statutory needs
- Should be essentially a team player being able to manage stakeholders - internal and external including auditors, vendors etc.
- Experience in setting up systems, processes, policies etc.
- Ability to think strategically and support the CEO/ CFO on organizational growth
- Leads and drives the communication of the company's results of operation, accounting procedures and policies, forecasts and other relevant financial information with investment banks and investors
- Develop innovative structures in the given context to bring down the overall cost of capital as well as ensuring that project cash flows are not unduly stressed.
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Monitoring treasury functions including arranging low-cost debts - increase in working capital limits
Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant
- 17-22 years of industry experience in Finance.
- Analytical and problem-solving approach
- Team management skills
- Should have good business acumen and leadership skills
- Should act as a custodian for regulatory and compliance
