Director - Consulting - Lending/Loans - NBFC - IIM/XLRI/ISB

Candidate MUST be

1. having prior experience in lending/loans strategy

2. Tier 1 FULL time MBA passout only

3. currently designated VP or above level.

Job Role :

Partnering Clients in maximizing shareholder value

- Strategy interventions

- Business plan development

Developing Thought Leadership

- Speaker Assignments

- Articles or White Papers

Client Management

- Lead role in execution of client service (Project delivery)

Networking & Marketing

- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients

- Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and acts on referrals typically in relation to his service line

- Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally

Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner

Knowledge Management

- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge

People Management

- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach

- Assist in resolving people issues

- Assist in recruiting activities for the SBU, including campus hiring

Experience : 12 +years of relevant post qualification experience

Candidates should have:

Consulting background with specific expertise in Strategy, Operations, Business Planning, Strategic Cost Reduction,Process Re - engineering, Finance Function Transformation, Post-merger integration, Working Capital management.
