Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

- Business Plans, Financial Feasibility Analyses, Market Analyses, Techno-economic Viability Studies, Due Diligence Exercise, Entry Strategies

- Specialized studies such as tenancy mapping, workplace strategy, marketing strategy, healthcare advisory, operational efficiency optimization, etc.

- Financial Structuring, Privatization, Public-Private partnerships

- Valuation exercises for portfolios/ single assets across real estate segments utilizing various methodologies - Direct Capitalization, Income Approach, Direct Comparison Approach, etc.

- The above services are offered in the areas of IT Parks, Retail Malls, Hotels/Resorts, Urban Infrastructure, Townships, Airport and MRT related real estate, Industrial Parks, SEZ's, Hospitals, Residential and Commercial projects, etc.

- Assists in the preparation and production of project/client presentations and reports, as well as the quarterly Market Report.

- Assists in the day-to-day operations of the department

- Coordinates projects regionally as well as nationally as required by the national research operations team.

- Reviews and evaluates collected data results, makes appropriate recommendations.

- Manages broker requests for data / research information

- Manages and leads special projects as requested by senior management.

- May prepare progress reports on the status of projects.

- Accompanies sales professionals as needed on client presentations and pitches.

- Other duties may be assigned.

- Ability to write reports, manuals speeches, and articles using distinctive style.

- Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.

- Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department


Directs the planning, organization, and controls for a local market area (LMA), a major corporate functional area or line of business (LOB). He may be responsible for a mix of direct and matrix reports. Determines monitors and reports on staffing levels, utilization and deployment of human resources within area of responsibility. Identifies key positions within area of responsibility and works with executive team and HR to develop effective succession plans. Also approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level of management for review and approval.

Provides guidance and leadership to staff in areas of staffing, selection training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention of key contributors. Leads by example and model's behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
