Director Consultant - Delivery/Search Partner/Leadership Hiring - Technical Recruitment (7-10 yrs)
What will the incumbent be responsible for?
- Network, engage and assess Technology circle including technology leaders from mid to senior levels, Co-founders and various CXOs.
- Identify top talent and build a network in the Consumer Technology Sector
- Manage candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches.
- Execute senior level mandates and give directions and drive execution of mandates within the team.
- Build strong domain knowledge (both macro and micro level) for Indian & Global landscape within Consumer Technology Sector
- Study compensation structures and data points for the respective practice area
- Keeping clients updated on the industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring)
- Develop healthy pipeline of clients and delivering consistent inflow of mandates from the Consumer Technology sector.
