Roles and Responsibilities:- - Heading the teams of Compliance operations team in India - Developing the compliance transformation roadmap - Leading the global transversal Compliance transformation plan - Developing the framework to deliver strong quality and operational efficiency - Working closely with technology and compliance teams to lead innovation and process improvements - Dealing with senior management of the bank in order to develop activities of high value in compliance for the Group - Regularly identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth and developing clear, convincing proposals - Ensure the operations for Compliance are managed as per the best practices and reported at the various counterparts in a seamless manner. - Ensure the development of the team by implementing the organization and new onboarded processes - Being part of the senior onshore management governance on run and transformation - Developing the internal governance and transformation of the Compliance organization - Developing collaboration on initiatives and together with various stakeholders and IT, operations, data and automation - Designing a strategy of development based on the market best practices - Drive transformation initiatives on operations and innovation REPORTING STRUCTURE: reporting to the Head of Central functions
