Director - Compliance - IT Services (7-12 yrs)
Compliance Director for a leading IT services client in Bangalore.
- Responsible for handling entire Compliance, Legal or Risk profile for the organisation
- He/She will be coordinating with Board of Directors in terms of all the risk related matters
- Assist in the authoring, implementation and testing of corporate policies and procedures
- Conduct and/or coordinate on-going education/training sessions for employees on appropriate, compliance-related subjects
- Analyze and interpret laws and regulations and determine impact on new and existing policies, products, procedures and services
Desired Profile :
- Looking for candidates with an experience of 7+ years in Compliance, Legal or Risk.
- Must have exposure in Insurance or Banking domain from any IT services companies
