Director Compliance
As a Director of Compliance, you will be responsible for:
- Assist in maintaining an inventory and repository of applicable regulatory requirements
- Support drafting and maintaining a library of enterprise-wide compliance policies
- Act as a resource for business lines in formulating their policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance and risk assessment activities
- Assist in developing controls for business processes to mitigate legal and compliance risk
- Developing and executing new compliance policies and procedures as required.
- Implement a testing and monitoring program to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of compliance controls and develop periodic reporting on the test results
- Maintaining a compliance recordkeeping system.
- Training employees on industry compliance requirements
- Assist with regulatory, internal, or other third-party audit requests.
- Performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned.
