Director - Compliance - Buy Side - Financial Services (10-15 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading international buy-side firms.
Job Description:
The candidate would be responsible for:
- Ensuring proper implementation of regulatory compliance & statutory requirements
- Design & implement internal policies & procedures for the organisation
- Structuring the India Compliance Manual for corporate governance
- Minimize risk & vulnerability by strong internal compliance framework
- Assist in liaising with the regulators for follow ups, approvals etc
- Respond to issues/queries raised by regulators
- Dissemination of Act, Regulations, Circulars to the concerned stakeholders
The Successful Candidate Should:
- Have 10-15 years of work experience in regulatory compliance for BFSI domain
- Active working experience with regulators like RBI, SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional certification in compliance/risk would be an added advantage
