Job Tittle - Director of Compensation
We are looking for an emerging HR leader with strategic thinking & proven execution skills across large programs. The incumbent in this role will be responsible to contribute to & implement compensation strategy for India.

We expect the incumbent in the role to act as an advisor to our stakeholders across business and HR on all aspects of Compensation. He/She will lead programs such as annual cycles from the compensation function and contribute to reward strategy formulation. The incumbent will also aid in running the India HR function as a key stakeholder participating in decision making on a broad range of HR subjects.

The Value You Deliver
- You will mostly independently handle the compensation portfolio which includes compensation programs, strategy & compensation structures. You will be a subject matter expert in this space whom the business can turn to for guidance
- Be accountable for the successful design and delivery of compensation solutions across a range of topics such as base pay, variable pay, equity plans, executive compensation etc.
- Responsible for market benchmarking, reviews and ensure its consistent application within the organization

The Expertise/Experience We're Looking For?
- 10+ years of HR experience with relevant experience in compensation and/or benefits
- Experience in Technology/Financial Services industry preferred
