Director - Communications & Public Relation - NGO (10-15 yrs)
Job Specification :
- Develop and lead the Communications team to spread the work of the NGO and build the Organization's digital and physical brand
- Creating and owning NGO's entire communication and PR plan across multiple platforms
- Creating NGO's digital brand, and ensuring NGO's relevance in the digital age, in line with best-in-class digital NGOs
- Clearly providing a roadmap to what success looks like, and what the expected outreach from marketing would be.
- Working closely with existing teams to leverage Organizations work on the ground
- Helping Organization to achieve significant visibility via digital ecosystem partnerships and enhancing the online credibility of brand NGO and association with CSA
- Provide leadership and build the Marketing and Communications Team as NGO goes digital
