Director Collection Role Below are the hard specs we are looking for from a candidate. 1. experience in managing collections call center teams of hundreds of agents. We are looking for someone who has managed these teams directly and not just managed agencies that in- turn manage the agents. 2. Should have managed national level collections call centre ops at reputed banks/NBFCs/Fintechs 3. Field experience collections experience is a plus but not mandatory. 4. 10+ years of experience 5. Solid analytical mindset. Role Description: - Senior Collection leader with the hands on analytical skills to lead PAN INDIA Collection and Pre collection activities such as Onboarding, Awareness and Frond end collections. - Delinquency controller - To maintain high standard of collection efficiency to restrict the flow to delinquent buckets (30+). - To ensure Highest collections resolutions in early buckets to maintain portfolio quality at the desired levels and In line with organizational objectives. - Must have handled larger calling setup and efficient enough to setup the calling setup. - Must understand the importance of controlling the flow rate to the higher rate. - Must be an enthusiastic to ensure that the every member of the team is productive. - Can lead multi hierarchy tele - calling Inhouse/agency team, to ensure no gaps in coverage and efforts. - Implement and execute collections strategy. - Ensure achievement of process efficiencies in collections. - Implement new strategies to reduce flows. - Reduce cost, Initiate effective tools to enhance collections. - Provide inputs for strategy and highlight anomalies to respective departments within the organization. - Coordinate with various departments within the organization for issue/dispute resolution - Periodical collection strategy review to ensure collection techniques are updated with existing market and portfolio conditions. - To devise strategy which is cost-effective and result effective. - Analyzing the delinquency reports and monitoring the trends in collection by referring to concerned areas and profile patterns and feedback. - Collection Team Management including reviews with team members at HO, Regional Managers, Assistant Managers, and Collection officers. - Provide various collection reports to collection team to track their performance and have more effective collection framework. - Define SOPs, functional guidelines and ensure accuracy and completeness of collection transactions, bucketing, agency allocation logics, legal, NOC etc. - Ensuring code of conduct, compliance and laid process are followed without any deviation by the entire team members. - Responsible for providing Induction, On the Job and Refresher training on Existing Process and the Newly implemented policies to all the team members. - Need to work closely with the strategy, product and other relevant stakeholders for the process simplification and effective portfolio management. - Timely reviews/calls with senior management for enhancing recoveries and providing valuable inputs. Attributes we are looking for : - 10+ years of experience, with experience in Collection Management - Senior Level assignments. - Experience in New age NBFCs or Banks or Fintech is mandatory. - Graduation/Post Graduation.. - Deep experience in managing collections call centre teams of hundreds of agents. We have looking for someone who has managed these teams directly and not just managed agencies that in- turn manage the agents. - Should have managed national level collections call centre ops at reputed banks/NBFCs/FinTech - Field experience collections experience is a plus but not mandatory. - Solid analytical mindset. - Experience of managing a large Tele Collection team and should have an experience in setting up a large tele collection and Field Collection teams is mandatory. - Comfortable in settling system infrastructure. - Experience of managing a multiple teams is mandatory - Ability to work with senior leadership, founders and management teams across business units. - Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding solutions from the same - Should maintain high standards in the performance of the portfolio. - Should be able to identify the gaps and solutions on the existing process and procedures. - Should have strong analytical skill to act on new strategy and plan proactively. - Ability to get down and dirty on the ground to speak to customers and agents to figure out actual problems and fix them - Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization. - Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment, along with high business judgement and prioritization - High Proficiency in MS Excel.
