Position - Business Development Director - Cloud Consultant
Location - Mumbai
CTC - 35 LPA - 45 LPA
Key responsibilities
- Develop profitable business growth for Company and establish a strong monthly recurring revenue.
- Gain in-depth understanding of potential customers- business model, their IT challenges or Cloud strategy, identify potential IT solutions with Cloud solution team, articulate the unique values of Company- cloud offerings and close sales opportunities.
- Be able to write technical proposals and respond to client RFPs.
- Keep an eye out for growth opportunities in the ever-changing business landscape.
- Meet sales quota as a high performing individual contributor
- Develop solid business relationships within the various decision-makers and influencers at all levels of key accounts
- Engage hyperscale cloud providers and field representatives, collaborating on sales efforts and partnerships with target customers or accounts including uncovering new account opportunities
- Collaborate with technical or solution team (pre-sales/delivery) to drive customer engagements
- Use quarterly forecasting and pipeline management to manage sales growth
- Provide consistent and timely follow up communication and action steps after every sales call
Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's Degree or higher
Required Profile :
- Has 14+ years experience in IT outsourcing and technology sales and presales in the Indian market.
- Has 7+ years experience in selling cloud related solutions and in growing Cloud business in India.
- Has strong understanding of two or more of the following:
- Cloud Consulting and advisory services
- Cloud Application Development, Data Analytics, Infrastructure migrations and enterprise security across GCP, AWS, Azure and Redhat.
- Managed services and software/license resale
- Orchestration and Virtualisation Solutions (such as VMware)
- Major enterprise applications as well as SaaS offerings
