The candidate has to be from a client servicing background from a media house/agency. Shd have experience of influencer marketing in their current assignment. Shd have been responsible for large teams as well as premium, international clients.
- Establishing processes within teams, delivery goals, objectives and operating procedures consistent with the overall strategic plan;
- Identifying marketing and portfolio growth opportunities, and creating strategies to convert and optimize the same;
- Managing all the delivery efficiently and making sure there's timely delivery of all the campaigns across;
- Leading and educating internal teams on common practices and trends for digital initiatives, including websites, social media and mobile sites;
- Being directly responsible for all client deliverables within the given portfolio;
- Leading and executing projects in support of all ongoing client initiatives;
- Building operational capabilities and efficiency to manage campaigns at scale and speed for all type of campaigns;
- Understanding the technology and syncing with the Product and Tech teams to improve delivery of all the campaigns and team efficiency;
- Determining a project's schedule, scope and budget, while tempering client expectations;
- Proactively collaborate and plan activities with medium and large footprint clients;
- Stay organized and exhibit critical attention to detail, maintain consistency and quality in all client communications & campaigns;
- Directing team members in meeting client and company objectives;
- Defining departmental operating budgets, and resource, risk and scope management;
- Working proactively with the Human Resources team to build the team;
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and determining short- and long-term resource requirements;
- Assign workloads to team members, oversee daily team workflow and redirect work to meet changing priorities;
- Become the reliable POC for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
