Director - Client Services - Digital Marketing Segment (9-15 yrs)

We are hiring for a very well known company in the Digital Marketing segment.They are one of the oldest institutions to have forayed into the digital space and hence one of the most experienced and reputed ones to have dominated the e-space. Their scope of work encompasses all aspects of Digital marketing namely, e-Commerce solutions, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Online Reputation Management, Brand Management and Mobile Marketing. Their clients include RR Kabel, Hiranandani, Kalpataru, IFB, Hakim Aalim's, Brand Factory, FinoPaytech, Hafele and so on.

- The major role of the Client Servicing Director (CSD) is to ensure new business avenues from existing client while ensuring the execution of deliveries, all of it leading to meeting of Revenue Targets. It will also entail planning, managing and supporting the relationship between the client and the internal services offered by IdeateLabs. The person will be providing up to date and relevant professional, technical and proactive solutions to business situations. It is necessary to be able to relate, interpret and advise the Client and ensure timely delivery of all services. The incumbent is hired as a corporate resource and is expected to manage a team of Account Planners, Account Directors, Managers and Executives assigned to a group of accounts under various Business Heads and delivering through the team on time and of required quality for the agency.

Reporting to:Director 

Major Responsibilities:

- Understand and communicate client marketing direction and objectives

- Responsible for portfolio of clients acting as main Point of Contact

- Generate incremental revenues in line with targets by selling services and educating clients on any additional services

- Develop strong relationships with senior client personnel, recommend strategies and solutions to best suit client needs and requirements

- Continuously review clients- operations, identify risks and present solutions to meet requirements

- Maintain regular contact with clients in line with the agreed client contact plan

- Liaise daily, weekly and monthly with Heads of other Departments to ensure standards are maintained

- Contribute to the identification and recommendation of methods of improving quality of service and operational effectiveness within the organization

- Coordinate, support, liaise with and build relationships with internal departments to help deliver high quality service to meet the client's requirements and deadlines

- Managing and generating additional revenue from existing clients thereby ensuring achievement of existing client targets

- Ensure Business Head is fully aware of any difficulties/challenges in meeting clients- requirements after CSD has exhausted all of their avenues to enable him/her to decide on appropriate next steps

- Through effective people management skills and project management ability, work with relevant Heads of Departments to identify tasks, distribute/delegate work, set timescales, track performance, coordinate interconnected tasks to ensure no undue delays, and communicate updates to client and Business Head

- Conducting monthly/ quarterly account reviews.

- Remain technically abreast and develop sufficient knowledge of other core business areas to identify needs and direct work assigned by clients

- Provide input and support to the Business Development team to develop new clients and markets

- Be available as a technical resource during the sales closing process

Desired Skills and Experience - 

- Comprehensive specialist knowledge of relevant practices, industry trends and issues in the digital arena

- Should have done client servicing across all platforms - social media, performance marketing, website, microsite, E- Commerce or mobile marketing

- Should have catered to multiple industry segments with good client servicing background

- Must be good at managing relationships that span a spectrum including clients, internal teams like creative and media as well as vendors

- Proficient use of PowerPoint/ Keynote, Word and Excel and office systems - can extract and manage data efficiently

- Advanced communication skills

- Should be comfortable with Business Development and new client acquisition with the ability to ensure sales opportunities are closed
