Business Services brings together several functions, operating as one single organization to provide full support across the Client Lifecycle. This includes Client Onboarding, CDD renewals, Client Data Management, Market Data Management, Credit Analysis, Network Management and Transformation. The Business Services teams work closely with global teams across to ensure client onboarding and associated lifecycle events are managed efficiently and smoothly, in addition to meeting the required standards for Client Due Diligence and Regulatory Requirements. The Head of eClient Management is a newly established role that will be responsible for providing 24/7 support to our key clients that use our digital platform, ensuring consistent access to a world class support service that differentiates us from the key competitors. The successful candidate for this high impact role requires; - Expertise in Financial Services customer service, relationship management (internally and externally) - Expertise of onboarding KYC and due diligence requirements at a global and regional level, with knowledge of various client types (eg.
