Maintain and develop the Food Industry Channel sales division along with the sales team, within the segment (Meat / Protein industry, Snack HORECA, QSR and online food businesses) for top accounts of the country / region, in line with the company sales policy. Own and drive introductions of new products and concepts to existing and new customers/accounts in order to grow the business.
Education/Experience :
- Masters of Business Administration
- Age : 35 yrs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation ability.
- Strong customer orientation.
- High energy, creativity, leadership and motivational skills. Should work independently with minimal supervision
- Profit & loss management, planning and analysis.
- Should be familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM ( Salesforce / Microsoft 365)
- Enthusiast, dynamic, flexible and result- oriented.
- Leadership Skills: able to motivate others and communicate common vision with assortment of individuals.
Essential Preferred :
- 4+ years of sales leadership experience. Total experience of 10 + years.
- Meat industry, Snack industry, HORECA, QSR
- Experience with Strategic Pricing Systems and Tools
- Sales Team management as Manager
- Knowledge of seasoning ingredient industry is helpful in the development and understanding of account needs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Value Based Selling.
- Experience with B2B sales to the food industry.
- Knowledge of food production & process Working knowledge of major food service companies
- Relationships across senior management of Food service
- Position to be based in : Bengaluru/Delhi
- Reporting to : President
