Description - You will be responsible for defining the programme in partnership with various stakeholders and that they are given appropriate objectives, structure and scope. The individual will prepare and contribute to a financial business case for the programme.

Description :
- You will be responsible to lad strategic change programmes, taking accountability for the programme and project lifecycles to deliver sustainable business and customer outcomes, while ensuring all governance, risk, finances and resources are managed effectively
- Designing and executing strategic change programmes, taking accountability for all the programs and projects
- You will be responsible for building strong effective relationship with key stakeholders
- You will lead a team of 4-8 Direct Reports and overall team size of 15-20 FTEs. You will be majorly responsible for setting objectives of their directs and setting the team objectives
Profile :
- You should have a minimum of 15 years of Change Management, Transformation, Project management experience with strong understanding of Regulatory Reporting, Middle Office, Capital markets, Global markets
- Strong experience in Program Management (large and complex programs
- Experience of delivering strategic programmes that support the business strategy and its growth agenda
- The ability to influence effectively, interact professionally and manage expectations of a diverse range of stakeholders
