- 6-8 years of experience driving commercial business operations with minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in Call planning/Alignment in life sciences domain. - Worked on multiple project streams for a client (s) and applies Analytics for better business decision making across upstream/downstream commercial operations processes. - Manage P&L of projects being managed and develop new solutions. - Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. - Must have experience of managing engagements as a lead with experience of working in an onshore-offshore model. - Must have experience in call planning or alignment in life sciences. - Must have worked on SQL/SAS for call planning and alignments.
