Director - Call Center Operations - BPO (6-11 yrs)

- Leading the entire BPO operations with a team of 200+ FTEs
- Improving process through reengineering projects and initiatives
- Providing strategic leadership for the entire call center operations
- Managing the P&L including budgeting and forecasting
- Devising policies & directives, managing operations, with focus on achieving the organizations mission and strategic direction
- Deliver customer value beyond the Business as usual and in line with customer's support program success criteria
- At least 5 years experience in a call center/ BPO setup
- Experienced in leading teams and managing vendors/partners
- Must have handled a team size of 200+
- An Out-of-the-Box Thinker with a proven track record of streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance profitability
